You are Oliver the Elevator Operator! You pick up passengers, take them where they need to go, make tips, go shopping, discover easter eggs, and more.

I made this for a game jam and missed the deadline (by two weeks). Still, I decided it was fun enough to finish and put out into the world. For context, the graphics theme was square and the game theme was "The floor is changing". I took it very literally.
